SHIPPING COSTS DONT APPLY TO DIGITAL ALBUMS 

All tracked items are sent via AUSPOST

• Standard Envelope (no tracking) - $2.20
• All other rates are calculated at checkout (address specific)
  

Once your tracking number has been issued, you are responsible for tracking your own item.

Lost packages ordered under "Standard Envelope" will not be refunded. 

Lost packages orders under our tracked options will be 100% refunded if a relevant proof is given that your order was not delivered.  Should AUSPOST confirm your order has been delivered, no refund will be granted.
